The MULTI-BRUSH machine is designed for the purpose of removing dust particles from the surface of the panels prior to adhesive application, in addition the panels are de-ionised for the removal of any electro static that may remain on the panel.
After the panels are pressed they can be fed through the MULTI-CLEANER, the process will remove any adhesive overspray on the reverse side of the panel and in addition soften the edges of the trimmed panels removing the sharp edges.
The door is packed in a clear but strong plastic material with the option of a extra bubble layer to give greater protection to the PVC surface.
On completion of the pack the edges of the door are reinforced with an edging of strong plastic material. Maximum panel size: 2600 x 650mm Mimamum panel size: 295 x 115mm Typical cycle time 4-5 pieces average size 500 x 500 per minute
