CMA green trademarkThese anthropomorphous robots have been developed for automatic painting and studied for a wide range of application sectors such as wood, plastic, metal, sanitary ware, fabric, etc.

These are very simple 5-axes models, although extremely fast, with direct self-learning programming or using the very sophisticated 6-axes models they can utilise a number of options: point to point, self-learning, off line programming or external self-generating systems.

In the direct self-learning programming, the user manually drives, through a joystick, the robot arm in a complete spraying cycle over the sample. The computer control stores all the paths and commands received; in order to be able to repeat them faithfully later with the desired speed. This method makes the use of the robot very easy because, during the sample parts processing, it is possible to check the program in progress and any eventual errors can be corrected easily. So this system is very useful to varnish complex-shape pieces.

The CMA robots are certified for use in potentially explosive areas as per ATEX – norms

Standard version anthropomorphous robot with 5 axes, used for painting in line. It has been studied to operate where powder and water paint are used. Thanks to its configuration, the programming and utilization is extremely simple.

GR 520 G – Version with 3 arm-carousel. The pieces can be loaded manually or automatically in a safe area; the carousel rotates the parts to be positioned in front of the robot and once processed rotates towards the off-load position. The arms have a rotation system which is synchronized with the robot and the carousel arms can be arranged with different piece supports according to client requirements.

Anthropomorphous robot with 5 axes, suitable for painting in line where there are overhead or floor transporting systems available or required. If necessary it is synchronized to the conveyor for tracking the pieces. Its structure and  control system make it one of the fastest and more accurate five axes robots, as well as being extremely manageable, which is a basic quality for programming.

GR-530 G Carousel version with 5 axes, supplied with 3 (or more) arm-carousel. The pieces can be loaded manually or automatically in a safe area; the carousel rotates the parts to be positioned in front of the robot and once processed rotates towards the off-load position. The arms have a rotation system which is synchronized with the robot and the carousel arms can be arranged with different piece supports according to client requirements. The carousel rotation is made by a controlled axis with programmable speed adjustment.

Standard version of an anthropomorphous robot with 6 axes, used for painting in line where there is an overhead or floor transporting system available or required. Thanks to its structure it is possible to process large size pieces; if necessary it is synchronized to the conveyor to track the product. When the pieces have large dimensions, the robots are set up on transport carts.

GR-650 G Robot with 2/3/4 arm carousel. The arms are supplied with a rotation group, which is synchronized with the robot and they can be arranged with different unit supports according customer requirements. The pieces can be loaded manually or automatically in a safe area; the carousel rotates the parts to be positioned in front of the robot and once processed rotates towards the off-load position. The arms, thanks to their configuration, allow easy programming. The carousel rotation is made by a controlled axis with programmable speed adjustment.

Robot version with a hollow wrist and 10 kg of payload available, you can use up to three guns simultaneously. The paint tube passes inside the arm and this keeps the robot cleaner and consequently eliminates the danger of spoiling the painting of the pieces.
