The anthropomorphosis robot model GR-6100 is an electronically controlled machine, with 6 axis, designed to automatically perform general painting and spraying operations, both with liquid paint and powder paint for spraying wooden, metallic, plastic, surfaces, such as glassing of sanitary items and application of resins.
The standard version is recommended if using overhead or floor conveyor systems. The conveyor can move continuously or step by step, with the possibility to rotate the piece when it is standing in front of the robot or on moving.
Thanks to the particular configuration of the wrist, that by the rotation of 360° of each axe, permits to reach smoothly every part of the elements to be painted, giving further flexibility to the system.
With the system of recognition the programming is completely automatic, in fact the hooked pieces pass through a barrier device that, scans and automatically produces the programs for the robot.
In the solution proposed with two opposite robots, it’s not necessary the rotation of the piece, because every robot paints one side.
SCN-BSLC-8 – 3D Laser Recognition Device
The device positioned in the area loading conveyor, allows 3D scanning of the pieces positioned on the shuttle support. The pieces are carried beneath the scanning system, that scans the pieces features. The PC, thanks to a dedicated software and the pre-inserted settings (according to the type of piece to be painted), is able to convert the scanning information to a painting program for the robot. The area where the system is installed requires low light conditions without light leaks.
